01 Usage Rules
The NB Nexa platform and its proprietary automation flows are licensed, not sold. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the AI models or using the platform for any illegal automated data harvesting.
02 Service Agreements
Service uptime is guaranteed at 99.9% for enterprise clients. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance. NB Nexa holds the right to terminate accounts that breach the safety guidelines of our AI processing core.
03 Non-Refundable Payments
By initiating a custom workflow setup, the user acknowledges that the initial integration fees are non-refundable due to the high computational and human-hour resources allocated at project kick-off.
Refund & Cancellation
Once a bespoke AI automation project has reached the 'In-Development' status (typically 24 hours after deposit), all payments associated with that milestone are non-refundable.
SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
